In February 2021, over 500 sqft of gravel & landscape fabric were replaced with various California native plants & cultivars featuring:

• a decomposed granite (DG) path & seating area bordered with rubble rocks

• garden-tolerant CA native plants with an emphasis on year-round flower/foliage color, neat growing patterns, & shade tolerance

• a flagstone driveway extension with a rock border

• a boulder wall retaining a small slope & creating separation from HOA property

• micro-irrigation system
