Mojave Yucca is a medium, erect, evergreen dicot that is a slow to moderate grower. The leaves are leathery and green with dull spikes/spines. I’ve seen some leaves a more yellow green, and others a more purple green. This plant grows tall on a robust trunk. More rare than Chaparral Yucca. The flowers emerge as purple maroon clusters and open into a creamy white.
In the garden, this can be used in a rock garden, more in the background. A fun plant for the native collector.
